Flash and beep out of sync on mezzanine contents #57

We have noticed on tos_L1_1920x1080@30_30.mp4 that the "flash and beep" is out of sync by a frame duration (~33ms).
The audio from ToS is not currently used (so this is a low priority fix), but would need to be corrected if we want to use this in the future.
