Fix message parsing - Githubissues

Address issues with parsing message elements, including issue #106 and possibly #93.

Core message parser was order dependent on several productions; moving the production definition would fix parsing one proto, but most likely break another.
Corrected by adding back-tracking on every production in message.
Also fixed running tests when the project path includes a hash symbol, as in .../F#/...
