Body Content Type parameters #85

When using 2.3 UI, in the request body tab, I want to add the Content-Type
parameter boundary=.... This is currently not possible as it is not editable.

This feature is really needed and not working in 2.3.2. The edit button to 
change the conent type is just greay and is not clickable any more.  Without 
this feature rest services which read the content type to response can not be 
tested any more. Would be nice if you could fix this.
