Add new 'pdf2' target, to generate the book PDF via asciidoctor-ant #1

I left the original 'pdf' target (and the associated script) in place, but since I had to change the include directives in book.asc to include the asciidoc/ directory, I'm not sure that the 'pdf' target will still work - I didn't test it.

Once asciidoctor-ant 1.5.2 is released, the "pdf" backend will be available, and it will no longer be necessary to locally build the asciidoctor-ant jar. At most, if they don't fix the problem prior to release, we may need to put the non-buggy asciidoctorj-pdf jar in front of the asciidoctor-ant jar in the classpath for the asciidoctor-ant taskdef.
