Change color of admonition block titles in PDF #16

The titles of admonition blocks (info, warning, etc.) in the PDF are coming out green. We should be able to control this and change it to something that matches our color scheme.

Tried two ways I could think of, but it's not working. Filed asciidoctor/asciidoctor-pdf#561.

The asciidoctor-pdf people said that there isn't a way to set font-color for admonition block titles, but the "caption" option will control the color/style of all block types (including image captions, paragraphs, tables, etc. That's good enough for me for now, so I'll commit a change to fix this.
