nested lists are being converted incorrectly #9

Need to also check nested un-ordered lists.

if this is a bug in pandoc that we can't work around easily, then we should at least make ScrapeConfluence detect when problematic nested lists exist and log which docs are affected so they can be manually cleaned up (fairly certain this isn't super common in the ref guide)

ul wrapping ul seems to work fine ol wrapping either ul or ol seems to be problematic I haven't found any cases of ul wrapping ol but i suspect it's equally problematic.

I don't see any trivial fix here other then manual intervention, so what i'm going to do is have the conversion code add an adoc comment indicating that manual cleanup is needed, and once we're ready for the final conversion we can grep for those comments and fix them.
