Could leave upload-artifact at the previous version.

I'm about to test the RPMs produced but other than the CI artifacts expanding, the CI process looks okay. I can revert the upload-artifact version if the additional artifacts aren't what we want but I think v3 is getting phased out in November so this might just be inevitable for us.

The additional artifacts are fine, maybe better this way.
