Allow profiler to execute without target #787

Rather than a menu option for profiling mode, it should be fine to just run the profiler without a target.

In this case the backend would start up the profiler daemon and wait until killed.

The user could then execute whatever scripts or commands they wanted to manually, outside of the policy analyzer.
