create Edit Event views, refer to Create Event (Admin View): https://www.figma.com/file/h85P5QFeMPJlRy9piBQQxH/Wireframes?node-id=483%3A34165. For this task, reuse the create event components but populate the fields with existing event data. closes #67

Added moible views, except the Requirements area I was not able to implement that well. Might need some help on it, but aside from that everything else is good!
