Awesome ! See how there is clustering of the colors--it look like there is some correlation if you dont take states into account, but then the correlation seems to disappear at the state level...? At least from those few states that seems to be the case... might be worth seeing if there's an easy way of getting rid of any spatial autocorrelation by simply including a dummy variable for states in the models.... fun project for this weekend!! Sorry I havent been able to dedicate more time to this, work has been hell since I got back... I may not be able to get around to it until Friday afternoon at this rate... but will do so!
