- Should we just be using RSS or Atom since this is essentially just a 2 dimensional generalized news ticker
- i.e. aggregate existing RSS and build proxy "microservices" for anything else, exposing RSS
- this way we do not need to define a new data format
- the transit option would be a fun one, given a GTFS info and a stop ID, expose an RSS feed of current info
