Paper API accept "infinity"

This is not needed in light of:

• "open" API essentially shows the same thing
• "paper" API already can take a sufficiently high date
• This would need an API parameter change
• "paper" CLI now takes "open" as a mode (see #56 implementation)

So therefore this is unnecessary.
