Add external writeup for Hack.lu OREO #361

Thanks @wapiflapi . Please also note that adding a link is FCFS (First comes, first serves), so I am going to rearrange the link order, until a proper rule (e.g. quality based or something) sorts these links. Also one giant pull-request > 2+ pull requests.

Noted. I just put it first since the other two weren't write-ups but I don't mind at all. Thanks for the merge!

Yeah I see what you mean :/. Guess as soon as I got more time, I'll try to rearrange all links in the order Writeups with explanations -> Writeups on a personal page -> Other. FCFS is then applied to each chain in this list.
