added NCL postseason

will add some club internal write-ups soon. didn't find a whole lot of external writeups, but hopefully this directory being here allows additions from people who have found some.

Small things to note:

• the shadow.txt files in the password-cracking section weren't original files from NCL, but our team had a convention to copy/paste the hashes into those files and crack them. figured they were worth keeping instead of others having to do the same thing
• None of the links in web-exploitation were saved, so it may be tough to provide real information on those challenges. Added them anyway since they were part of the competition.
