CTF platform integration #108

I'm working on the development of the Root The Box CTF platform. I haven't used ctftime that much except for reading writeups, but I thought it might be an interesting idea if RTB could sync / upload to the site, upload scoreboards, etc. Not sure what would be possible via your API, but I thought I would throw it out there for discussion.
