started nf-core-rnaseq integration!

Hi Mattis,

I have only tested the process meaning the nf-core pipeline itself from the fastq-files! But I have not tested it yet running from the start of Yggdrasil! Once we have a "working" samplesheet for such a project, I can test the whole pipeline from the beginning!

What information would need to be added to that samplesheet for rnaseq to work?
