Multiqc uses information from metrics_summary

Multiqc doesn't use all information from cellranger, only from cellranger count and vdj. In order to have more informative multiqc report I am going to create a cellranger parser, that fetches information from the cellranger metrics_summary.csv and creates a table.

Can be closed when:

• [x] Module for parsing cellranger metric_summary
• [x] Added module to all workflows and properly tested
• [x] Pushed changes into dev branch
