Wasted coffee is always an issue, but I'm not sure I understand what this issue in particular refers to.

the last cup rule doesn't actually solve the problem with no one making new coffee but rather makes the person who eventually makes new coffee throw away the last cup because it's cold. This kind of goes against our environmental policy and should be changed. My proposal is that we just say don't be a Douche but not give someone shit for doing it.

We'll remove the marking and see if that solves the problem.
