1 week ago I don't think I personally have any real preference to any of the solutions, but I think that I'm leaning most towards the last one? If we were to go with just text, I would think that it might look cleaner to not have an underline.

Here is a suggested change in the mobile button for reading more news posts. The reason for this suggested change is that the action button feels more like it submits something, or makes a big change, such as deleting a post.
