Description

This is really just a cosmetic change, but likely an important one as current Next Link elements don't show anything when loading. This gives no visual hinting that things are happening, which can give a bad user experience.

Definition of Done

[ ] Add a loading bar to the top of the screen when clicking Next links (example)
