Inconsistent committée page members list #290

Title says the most, the member profiles aren't consistent across the homepage.

This is not displayed in some committee pages, I.e. NollkIT: nollkit

Some only shows a subset of the members, i.e. StyrIT: styrit

As of now, I have only verified that this feature is fully working on P.R.I.T.s committee page.

This occurs because of the inconsistency in positions-array data for committees in LDAP, see my issue #293 for an example.

In the second example data is fetched from LDAP and profiles are resolved and displayed correctly, in the first example the data is actually part of the description written by NollKIT themselves.
