Remove/update Courses/Kurser page #418

Earlier discussion in #59. The it wiki isn't updated frequently enough, so i believe that Courses should be removed or alternative instead link to programutbudet.

Do note that the first thing on that wiki page is this: image

Already linkng to the programutbud for the IT associated programs and explains that it might not be up to date
