Unticking "Show public (for visitors)" checkbox when creating a news post still pings the #news channel on the IT slack. #446

When logged in and while creating news posts, if you untick the "Show public (for visitors)" checkbox the news post will still appear in the #news channel on the IT slack, as well as pinging the channel while doing so.
