Notification when specific user enters hubben #139

It would be nice if I could be notified when a specific user enters the hubb. This could be done by irc, mattermost or mail. This would offset the heavy load on hubbit since I don't have to poll it all the time.

I think this just would worsen the "stalker" aspect of the app. I can't imagine that you polling the endpoint would overload the server :)

I would argue that this is the main feature of the app (check if someone is there that you wan't to meet). Also if a lot of people poll the server for changes this will result in a small DDoS.
