Upgraded ruby version from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 #157

With 2.2.1, even $rbenv exec bundler will fail due to incompatibilities with activerecords. According to this, the difference between 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 is not that big, so I find it fitting to make this little update. @lindskogen , How about?
