When you write "However, I think they’re limited in scope", what limitations do you mean?

From the front page at https://bridgedb.github.io/, it says:

Standardised access to Gene, Gene-Variant, Protein, Metabolite and Interaction Identifier Mapping Services

so I just mean that the scope is limited to these things that are written here. There are all sorts of other kinds of entities and modalities that have equivalences (and related mappings) that I would want to have in IJXD
