SQL generator as NuGet package? #1

I think the code changes in your readme can be done as a step in a NuGet script. I'm sorry I don't have a completely fleshed out idea here but I thought I'd open an issue as a start.

What code changes are you referring to? Are they the steps in the "Generating the Code" section?

If so, then I agree this project should eventually be put into a NuGet package. I've been procrastinating about putting cs_utilities into a NuGet package. That would be a necessary first step before putting this project into a NuGet package. I'll take a closer look at it this weekend.
