Option to display all callsigns in upper or lower case #14

Add the option to display all callsigns in upper or lower case, regardless of how they were entered.

Callsigns are now always shown in upper case, regardless of how they were entered (see commit 8a6824ced742f97da915b0378efc1dc53693df1e). I don't think an option is really needed for this.
