Callsign lookups via HamQTH.com #4

It would be great to give users the option of using alternative sources to perform callsign lookups.

A first go at HamQTH.com support can be found in the hamqth-lookups branch.

Lookups via HamQTH appear to be working now - addressed by 3002f2439e3a8614b1aa34077a7c4dead56f0998 and a8083630c7ece9e421929cc31385cbe766f34ecd. The hamqth-lookups branch has been merged into master.

Users should select their desired service (qrz.com or hamqth.com) from the 'Database' combo box in the Preferences dialog, then enter their login details for that database.
