Correct some typos and suggest a few wording changes.

Thanks, but I explicitly asked for no PRs in the Readme. Please raise an issue in the future. I will not merge PRs. I'll look at your suggestions and do something reasonable.

Sorry, I didn't read the full readme, just thought I should offer these as I was reading.

Thanks for your efforts. I hope you are finding the package useful. The next version will not export the constructors and I am modifying the docs to make that clear. — Tim
