Number of environments #6

Hi, I am trying to look at the environment of different genes in many samples (>700). Currently there is a limit of 64 environments - is it possible to increase the maximum number of environments to allow many more comparisons to be performed?

Hello! Since March 2023 the limit has been removed. Now it is possible to compare unlimited number of environments with MetaCherchant. However, if the number of environments would be greater than 256, the grayscale picture might be not very accurate for similar environments.
