Row profile chart should update to support nice profiles for pathways (see screenshot from GENE-E). 2018-12-11-234504_1920x1051_scrot

This requires:

[x] Option to do adjustment before plotting (z-score and log2 are enough for start)
[x] Option to show mean profile (that dims out individual lines)
[x] Option to color points based on column annotations
