[ ] Additional testing? Everything compiled and worked on my Mac with Python 3.10 (macosx-13.0-arm64-3.10)

Tried to run the unit tests and rebuild the docs per the contributing guidleines but got No tests were found!!! and Configuration error: config directory doesn't contain a conf.py file (/Users/joshuasacher/gamer/docs/src) errors, respectively.
