Adjust the placement of the countdown timer on the Dealer's Choice choose-the-game dialog so it isn't obscured by the game selection menu.
I reused the Paradise Road Pick'em game selection dialog for Dealer's Choice, but PRP deals sufficiently few games that the menu always appears below the countdown. DC has enough games that the menu can rise up over the top and obscure the countdown timer. This caused JADC to time out yesterday.
Since DC doesn't have to show people three cards, the timeout can be placed next to the menu.
