update downtime monitoring #1205

Review our current downtime monitor and get it to wake me, if possible.

Make the downtime monitor check craftpoker.com instead of (or perhaps in addition to) devctm..com. Also see if I can get it to send texts rather than email and see if I can then whitelist the texts to get them to come to my attention. If I can only do email, I might be able to use a filter in gmail to send me texts.

Yesterday mb2 crashed during the night game and I didn't find out about it until this morning. In fact, I found out about it after I ran docker system prune -af as part of a routine upgrade of apt packages (#1204).

We're now checking craftpoker.com and I also have the email forwarded to SMS. I've made the forwarding address an exception to my "Do Not Disturb" list.

If I remember, I'll test this out sometime during a normal DND period, perhaps tonight. I won't close this issue until I've tested it.

My initial DND configuration didn't work, because I didn't realize uptime robot would get its own address. Once I put that into the DND configuration, it worked, however, I only got a single notification and I can imagine that not being loud enough to wake me from a deep sleep.

This is still a huge step in the right direction. I can do more once I start paying uptime robot.
