Alphabetize the Dealer's Choice choices #1211

Do a sort before displaying the choices.

ODB Phat Mack🏆: would it be possible to put the list in alphabetical order?

Done and deployed yesterday. I also added the "Pot-Limit " prefix to "Big O" and "Limit " to "Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better" and "Ace to 5 Lowball Triple Draw" to make those names more consistent with the names of the other games.
