Payouts were messed up after table split #1246

Fix both the bug that caused payouts for event 4901 to be messed up and also fix the payouts for that and any other tournament that was affected by this bug.

I was able to reproduce this locally. I expect to be able to fix it before this evening's game.

I'm deploying a fix now. I still need to manually adjust the payouts from yesterday evening's game.

I've fixed the payouts.
