Add a Dealer's Choice with more choices.

Grizz: Deadhead, thing I don't like about this dealers choice mix is no BARGFE varieties, Binglaha, Murder, Scrotum, Etc ... a dealers choice that includsed everything MB2 knew how to deal would be better jpmassar: Seconded. Chuck: Also agree.

I'm not labeling this high priority because I have too much to do right now. I'm also not labeling it easy, because some UI rework will be needed.
