EMBARGO 2024 Structures & return of the night game

Create structures for:

• [x] 6 Handed TOC
• [x] World Chowaha Championship
• [x] Double Board PLO
• [x] Double Green Chip Bounty No Limit Hold'em
• [x] B.O.S.S. (Big O + Super Stud/8)

I will get the structure sheets from Rich as soon as they're available. Mb2 deals all the EMBARGO 2024 games already except for Double Board PLO (#1274), which I'll crank out shortly.

FWIW, I can create preliminary structures for each just using info from previous EMBARGOs, then I can just tweak them as I get the official details. Once I have the short-names for each of the structures, I can populate the 8:10pm Pacific slot with these in rotation and see if I can resurrect that slot.

My Double Board PLO structure isn't official, but my guess is it's close to what they'll use.

Deployed. They're still not official structures. When I get the official structures I'll either make a new issue or just crank them out.
