Remove vestigal acme-challenge #1296

Remove the line that ostensibly supports the Lets Encrypt Acme challenge.

Looking at the code, I'm pretty sure it never worked. We use DNS secrets.

I'm making this issue even though it only requires removing a single line, just so it'll show up in a search, even though that seems unlikely.

Done in master. It'll go out with the next deploy.
