Bad advanced action checkboxes during bomb pot #1336

FIx the problem that is causing advanced action checkboxes (and maybe the action buttons) to be incorrect.

Today's bomb pot tournament 5172 had a lot of problems. I think they're due to the GUI thinking that a bet exists when one doesn't.

It was indeed the same problem as #1334.
