WSOP-Style 2024 Structures

Create the remaining WSOP-Style 2024 structures.

Currently, I've created and deployed six of the fifty (or fifty-one[^1]) WSOP-structures we'll need. Specifically, I created structures for all the events where the structure sheet explicitly mentions that the structure is a new event this year. I did that, because those are the structures I know we can't use from last year.

Where we reuse them, the short name will be one of the existing wsop_2023 entries. Where we can't, I'll create a new wsop_2024 entry to add to the six I've already created.

I'd like to do this relatively soon, so if there is any missing functionality I can add it and get it tested sooner, rather than later. The Double Board Bomb Pot structure took a bunch of work and testing, but it appears to be solid now.

Each structure I need to create is a check-box. If this year's is just last years with some tweaks, I list them both. In that case, the note in parenthesis is only the first thing that I noticed that is different. Although there are eight "NEW" structures, it looks like they're amenable to being populated by our existing structure building macros. Still, I'll do them first, since they are the ones most likely to have surprises.

[^1]: The actual World Series isn't dealing anything on July 5th, but I think we will. My inclination is to go with either BARGE-specific mix or an incredibly expansive Dealer's Choice, but another possibility would be to use a WSOP structure (perhaps even short-deck, since that's not being spread this year at WSOP).

I've spent almost all of my day working on WSOPS 2024 structures. I spent a bunch of time working on them before even creating this issue and it took me a while to come up with all those checkboxes. I then cranked out all the NEW structures, leaving the remaining 24 to do "soon".
