Open bank account

Open a bank account at Bank of the West.

Russ recommended Bank of the West.

• [x] Call them and figure out what all we need as a Nevada C Corp, with me being in New Mexico
• [x] EIN
• [x] Articles of Incorporation
• [x] NM documentation showing we're registered as a foreign corporation
  • [x] fill out NM form
  • [x] print and sign
  • [x] scan
  • [x] call and ask if I can email a PDF and pay online (answer: "no")
  • [x] put everything in an envelope
  • [x] get a money order from Albertsons
  • [x] mail everything via Post Office drive through
• [x] remove the "high priority" label as we wait for UNM SOS to process the paperwork (about a month)
• [ ] Make the appointment (all signers must be present, but currently that's only I)
• [ ] Get the account

I mailed in the paperwork to the NM Secretary of State. It'll take about a month to process, so I'm taking off the high priority label. Cashflow w/o a bank account is going to be tricky/annoying. Oh well.
