@chfleming

  1. uere.html is generated but not included in reference index. The html also have a weird title. Is this caused by \name{ctmm::uere} instead of \name{uere}?

I'm not sure if there are more functions not included in the index. It's kind of difficult to check unless we write some code to scan it.

  1. variogram.fit example didn't run correctly, maybe we also need to run build_reference in a clean R session?
xhdong-umd commented 7 years ago

uere was not included probably because it is internal. So this may be normal behavior.

chfleming commented 7 years ago

I had uere set to internal before testing and I forgot to remove keyword internal afterwards. I can remove it now.

The node stack overflow is also what I get when trying to pkgdown build the vignettes in a dirty session.
