This is the first beta version 0.0.1 with a simple but complete workflow, start from data uploading to home range estimation.
plots. There are extensive plots to explore the data in location, time, collectively and individually.
use quantile slider to focus on main data and discard outliers efficiently in plot 3. This was a challenging task to satisfy several goals at the same time:
every plot need to have fixed relative scales on x/y axes
all plots should have same scales for comparing
each plot should maximize its canvas usage
outliers could make all plots scale too small, discard outliers easily
time subsetting page used different colors to highlight points in different time ranges.
the color group number can be adjusted to fit the seasonal characteristic of data
each selection of time range will have that subset highlighted in location plot
