AICc column name break the report html #105

With unicode symbol the AICc column name seemed to break the generated html report for some users.

@chfleming I remembered you used to met problem with unicode symbols in vignette/website generation in windows. I knew you used linux to generate website without problem now, but this article may help to really fix the problem.
