It seems the barcode printing code currently can only generate one type of barcode, but we need two. The following barcodes are printed today:
Deepwell plate barcode, in Create samples step
PCR plate barcode, in DNA extraction step
Positive, negative control barcodes, in Create controls step
It appears these barcodes have different requirements. We need to be able to use ^BY1.6 for most barcodes with the exception of the PCR plate barcode created in the DNA extraction step, which has to use ^BY1 for the barcode to fit on the label.
