Fixed some formatting and clarified some instructions. I was editing this on the master branch before, but I figured I might want to ask permission instead of running around like I own the place.

Thanks for doing this in a pull request... we're going to have lots of people using nengo_gui (and nengo) over the next two weeks, and I'm a bit worried about this repository since there's no unit testing and whatnot (that being traditionally very hard to do for user interfaces). But yup, clarifications like this seem like a good idea to me!
