Right now, when you load up a model in javaviz, all the ensembles/nodes in the model are displayed. This is nice, in that it means that when you load up a new model you don't have a blank screen. But the downside is that if you have a larger model (e.g., a basal ganglia network), your screen gets flooded with dozens of labels that you need to go through and hide one at a time. Perhaps we could only display "top level" objects by default, not things within subnetworks?
