network not reloading as saved #44

the version of connections.py in this commit 06ef5b8a36e8fa5232c626f2d94f71862d59839d does not load with the same gui positions as are in the saved file

Could be related to #27 but I'm not sure.

Hmm... this looks like a nice example of whatever bug is tossing networks really far apart from each other... it seems to load fine, and then something in the physics code seems to move things.
